For the launch of the project I made an animation.
Ever since the start of Toezicht Sociaal Domein, a government organization in which four inspectorates for the social domain joined forces, communications between different domains and professionals has been an issue.
To make professionals aware of the room available for information sharing among colleagues, despite GDPR-rules and professional secrecy, we developed an interactive story around a fictional family – based on real investigations.
The core of the concept was the timeline, in which all involved professionals were shown. We used it as a navigation tool, by which the user can discover how much anyone knew about the story at any given time.
Each dot represents a contact between professionals or the family and has an introduction and sometimes a dilemma attached to it: should the professional share information at that very moment. Or not?
