In most cases any questions concerning tax issues with send a user off into the woods. Only to be found half a year later, on the phone, waiting to talk to an actual person.

To make life easier we developed tools to answer two of the most frequently asked questions to the Regional Tax Group (Regionale Belasting Groep, or RBG): ‘what should I do to when I move house?’ and ‘Can I get tax exemption?’.

For these tools we developed a series of animations, both to make the questions clear to users with low literacy and to add a touch of friendliness to the dry theory of issuing and collecting taxes. The animations and illustrations later were the base for further development of the main RBG-website.
